The position emphasizes following ISO procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and operating under supervision while contributing to production targets in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of the hazard communication program.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required by operation.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment.
• Understand and follow ISO documentation including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload machinery with the proper tooling and product as directed by team leader or supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the department.
• Ensure guards and safety equipment are installed and properly checked.
• Meet or exceed production standards and maintain quality of all products.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required by operation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
