Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP technology and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture and transformation programs.
• Strong hands‑on experience with RISE with SAP and SAP cloud transformation.
• Experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and SAP managed cloud environments.
• Experience designing SAP solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with SAP APIs, middleware, event‑driven integration, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of SAP infrastructure, networking, security, identity, and high‑availability concepts.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives from strategy and assessment through migration and deployment.
• Define scalable SAP cloud architecture aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA architectures across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and modernization strategies, including system assessment, sizing, landscape design, and deployment planning.
• Develop architecture strategies for RISE with SAP Private Cloud Edition (PCE) and SAP-managed cloud environments.
• Architect integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, legacy applications, third-party platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Leverage SAP BTP, Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and SAP Cloud Integration to develop modern integration architectures.
• Evaluate existing SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for simplification, modernization, consolidation, and cloud adoption.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, fit-gap assessments, and transformation roadmap development.
• Establish architecture standards for security, identity, networking, data, integration, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, cloud architects, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Provide technical leadership throughout migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Support SAP Activate methodology, project governance, architecture reviews, and technical risk management.
• Evaluate SAP and non-SAP technologies and recommend solutions that support long-term enterprise architecture objectives.
