Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a proven client adviser to lead transformation for Fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense clients, driving modernization and digitization with SAP technologies and cloud solutions. You will build advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, shape strategies, and ensure delivery excellence across the SAP ecosystem.

You bring deep SAP functional skills, strong executive presence, and a track record of leading large-scale enterprise programs, with a mix of cloud,

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Architecture, and/or Consulting.
Minimum of 6 years experience working in a customer-facing role.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) required.
Prior experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry and clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTOs, and CIOs.
Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies across the SAP ecosystem.
Demonstrate a track record for leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management for C-level executives.
Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and customer experience.
Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA cloud solutions and promote Accenture with customers.
Exhibit technical leadership to motivate delivery teams and resolve issues.
Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security.
Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers with cross-functional collaboration.
