ECOBRITE SERVICES LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services. The role requires organization, dedication, and the ability to manage a varied cleaning schedule with management input.

Pay ranges $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with opportunities to work a mix of shifts. Candidates must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks, with on-site work in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and dust.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors; shampoo carpets.
• Specialized Cleaning: follow protocols for sensitive areas; clean high-touch surfaces.
• Safety and Compliance: follow trainings; adhere to safety guidelines and chemical handling.
• Report maintenance needs and comply with security and confidentiality policies.
