Center Star Veterinary Services in Killen, AL is launching the RISE mentorship program for new graduate DVM/VMDs. You will grow through guided case work with a hospital mentor and a national mentorship team, while joining a supportive, collaborative practice that values learning and teamwork.

The program offers hands-on learning, real-time case guidance, flexible start dates, and a path to independent practice across GP, ER, or mixed-animal tracks depending on location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base Salary
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $50,000 in signing bonuses for new grads:
  • Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave

Pay Range

$110,000 — $110,000 USD
