RayzeBio, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Sr. Manager, RIM Systems and Publishing for remote US work. You will own Veeva Vault RIM platforms, govern submissions and publishing, and drive data standards, validation, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of regulatory systems or operations experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Veeva Vault RIM for Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing.
• Experience with eCTD publishing and regulatory submission workflows.
• Experience supporting Veeva RIM Publishing implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business administrator and owner for Veeva Vault RIM platforms across submissions and publishing.
• Lead RIM governance, optimization, and end-user support to improve regulatory operations.
• Maintain RIM master data, metadata standards, and publishing readiness.
• Lead Vault Publishing administration and assist with validation and implementation.
• Develop training and governance documentation for system users.
• Collaborate with IT and QA on validation, change control, and access management.
• Produce metrics, dashboards, and reports for oversight and decision‑making.
