Job summary

UCB is seeking a RIM Operations Systems Manager in Atlanta, GA, to advance Regulatory Information Management systems with a focus on Veeva Vault RIM. You will support users, manage releases, and drive intelligent ways of working including automation and AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate with IT, Quality, and business stakeholders to improve regulatory data support, drive adoption, and ensure compliance across global regions. This hybrid role offers a pathway to shaping RIM operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of Regulatory Operations / RIM / regulatory systems management experience in a regulated global environment.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM is required.
• Experience with configuration, releases, testing, and deployments in enterprise systems.
• Understanding of data integrity and computerized system validation in GxP.
• Experience working with integrations, vendors, and cross-functional partners to improve service levels.
• Able to provide end-user support and guide users to compliant use of regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide system users with user guidance and training, manage a shared mailbox, and drive change management to increase adoption.
• Oversee ownership activities for the RIM toolset, including Veeva Vault RIM, integrations, authoring tools, and reporting interfaces.
• Coordinate configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and releases to keep the platform stable and fit for purpose.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and user stories for teams to build and validate.
• Improve workflows, prepare user acceptance testing, and ensure changes meet quality and compliance needs.
• Support data and access governance, validation documents, and audit materials to meet GxP expectations.
