Job description

Duty/Role – Rigout Supervisor [ Bi-Lingual Preferred, Spanish Speaking extremely preferred]

The Rigout Supervisor is responsible for the performance, people, and processes of the Rigout department. This is not a working lead position; the Supervisor’s focus is on managing the team rather than performing the hands‑on work. This individual will set clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity, measure results, and hold the team accountable. The Supervisor will also continually evaluate how work flows through the department and lead improvements that get jobs done faster and right the first time. A strong understanding of O&G production/separation equipment, CAD drawings, and P&IDs is expected.

Do you want to lead a team, measure its results, and make it better every day?
