Job summary

Clark County School District is seeking a Right to Return Only-Instructional Assistant - Teacher Aide for East Career Technical Academy to support students with instructional activities and classroom assistance.

Responsibilities include assisting teachers, supervising students, and helping implement instructional plans. This is a part-time, nine-month position with on-site hours totaling 7 per day. CPR/AED certification is required and a high school diploma or GED is the minimum qualification.

Position Requirements

High school graduation or other equivalent, (General Education Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).

Licenses and Certifications

• 1. Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other similar organization. Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment. Certification training must be in-person and include a hands-on component. Online courses will not be accepted. A copy of the front and back of the CPR/AED certificate must be uploaded into the application.
