Team Fishel is hiring Right of Way Agents for our Hampton, VA operation. The role involves negotiating land rights, reviewing deeds and easements, and coordinating with internal departments to support utility construction and maintenance projects.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry right of way experience.
• Knowledge of right of way, project management, title, permitting, budgeting, due diligence, and public relations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Identify land ownership from public records.
• Research and analyze titles; outline curative steps.
• Negotiate right of way acquisitions and property interests for project needs.
• Prepare right of way cost estimates and secure necessary permits.
• Review land and right of way agreements, deeds, easements, leases, licenses.
