Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Real Estate or Business Administration degree as an undergraduate student.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical skills required for real estate acquisitions.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and title research.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Acquisition Offer Packages and Title Reports.
• Review appraisals and right of way plans.
• Support fieldwork at Ohio courthouses and owner negotiations with an Acquisition Agent or Project Manager.
