• Applicant Coordination - Assist in coordinating proposed work with right‑of‑way permit applicants prior to submittal when necessary.
• Construction Inspection - Inspect and observe construction activities for compliance with all permit requirements and City Standards.
• Citizen Response - Respond to citizens' concerns related to permitted activity in a timely and professional manner.
• Interdepartmental Coordination - Coordinate work with other City departments to resolve infrastructure conflicts.
• Restoration and Compliance - Ensure adequate restoration of disturbed work areas and prevent unpermitted construction.
• Equipment Care - Responsible for the operation, care, and appearance of assigned equipment.
