Qualifications

• Active Indiana Professional Surveyor License is required.
• 2+ years of Right-of-Way surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required; MicroStation a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• INDOT Right-of-Way Engineering prequalification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage land survey projects involving right-of-way for transportation and utility infrastructure.
• Analyze documents to establish property lines, right-of-way, alignments, and easements.
• Prepare Right-of-Way Plans and related documentation.
• Review title reports and encumbrances; direct survey crews and technicians.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; contribute to proposals and fee discussions.
• Ensure timely project revenue and performance tracking.
