Solotech Nashville is seeking a Motor Repairs Technician 1 to service and repair lift equipment used in live productions. You will support the service department, review equipment and materials, and estimate resource needs for repairs on AV projects and post-sales support.

This role requires certification in CM/Lodestar and Liftket, 2+ years in rigging and lift equipment, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. You must travel, possess a valid license, and work in warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CM/Lodestar certification.
• Current Liftket certification.
• 2+ years in entertainment rigging and dynamic lift equipment operation and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel with a valid passport.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in warehouse environments.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, R2 and D365 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain lift equipment for show rigging and related assets.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Inspect equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Count, document, and certify equipment with tags.
• Create reports detailing service work performed.
• Manage spare parts inventory onsite.
• Use Salesforce, D365 and R2 inventory software.
• Coordinate with Live Production and project managers.
• Participate in ongoing training programs.
• Identify health and safety risks and mitigate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
