• Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes at all times.

Responsibilities

• Select cables, ropes, pulleys, and winches according to load weight.
• Attach materials and equipment to overhead structures.
• Coordinate movements using visual signals.
• Detect and respond to dangerous conditions.
• Ensure safety of workers during hoisting operations.
