Job description

Job Title: Rigging/High Burner

Location: Various locations

Basic Description:

• Ability to use a cutting torch
• Ability to work at heights
• Experience working with cranes
• Knowledge of hoisting equipment and proper hand signals
• Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies

Essential Job Functions:

• Regular and predictable performance
• Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions
• Agility to climb on and work in difficult-to-access spaces
• Agility to climb on and work on high structures
• Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces
• Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend, lift, push/pull, and/or reach frequently
• Agility, bodily coordination and dexterity of hands and feet
• Pulmonary fitness for respirator use
• Ability to work with hazardous materials

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years of burning and rigging experience or crane work.

Position Requirements:

• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Employment Details:

• Type: Full-time hourly position
• Travel: Up to 95% travel, assigned from Pennsylvania or Illinois division
• Base Pay: Hourly rate; health and fringe benefits per Collective Bargaining Agreement
