Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a skilled crane maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, booms, hydraulics, and related systems. You will work with cranes, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and other equipment, communicating clearly with operators and teammates to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires a CDL, HS diploma or equivalent, and hands-on experience with crane systems.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable communication skills with operators and team members.
• Crane maintenance experience is preferred to handle diesel engines, booms, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• CDL is required to operate cranes and related equipment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, booms, electrical systems (including onboard computer troubleshooting), hydraulic systems (booms, outriggers, pumps), brakes, and other basic components.
• Must be able to work on hydraulic and conventional cranes, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and related equipment.
• Must work well and communicate effectively with operators and other mechanics.
• Apply creative problem solving to drive continuous improvements.
• Complete ProLift-specific, regulatory, and equipment training via the internal LMS.
• May be required to complete third party and customer training for on-site access.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
