Job summary

Trillium Construction in Hutto, TX is seeking Machinery Movers/NCCER Riggers to join our field crew. The role requires inspecting rigging gear, guiding crane operations, and participating in lift-planning meetings to ensure safe, efficient lifts.

Typical schedule is day shift with 56 hours per week. Compensation is $34 per hour with a $110 per diem per day. OSHA 10 and NCCER/NCCCO certifications are preferred; travel may be involved as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• NCCER Advanced Rigging or NCCCO Level II certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys.
• Signal or direct crane and equipment to proper set locations.
• Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift-planning meetings.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store rigging equipment.

Key Responsibilities (NCCER Riggers/Machinery Movers):

• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys
• Signal or direct crane and equipment to be place in set locations
• Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift-planning meetings
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store rigging equipment

Pay: $34/hr.
Per Diem: $110 / day – paid 7
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 56hrs./ week
Day Shift I Start Date 09/14/2026 – December 29th, possibly longer

Qualifications,

• Reliable Transportation
• NCCER Advanced Rigging or NCCCO Level II certification (for Riggers)
• OSHA 10 required
