Job summary

Worley is seeking a Rigger Helper to assist the crew on site with staging materials, measuring layouts, and coordinating tool retrieval for lift operations. You will support operators and riggers, ensuring clearances and safe movement during lifts, and regularly fetch tools from the tool room.

The role requires basic industrial construction experience and a readiness to work in a hands-on environment, contributing to projects across energy, chemicals and resources sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staging materials and necessary tools to execute each work activity
• Assist in layout and measuring of materials for installation
• Lie out and retrieve blocks and mats for equipment outriggers when needed
• Assist operators and riggers with maintaining clearance while lifts are being conducted
• Responsible for retrieving all necessary tools from the tool room on a daily basis
