Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors is seeking full-time onsite rigger helpers in Raleigh, NC to assist with rigging operations across various industrial job sites. You will attach loads, set up hoisting equipment, splice ropes, and signal crane operators for safe movement of materials.

This physically demanding role requires travel, lifting, and working in confined or elevated spaces, with training and PPE provided as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use PPE.
• Capable of working in confined spaces and elevated positions.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Must complete all required job and safety training.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and high-traffic conditions.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Experience with ropes, pulleys, and rigging tools.
• Ability to follow hand signals and coordinate load movement.
