Job summary

RMS Rigging in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced full-time Rigger Helper to support crane operations on our busy job sites. You will assist the crane operator, perform rigging tasks, and help ensure safe lifts and smooth workflow.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid Class A driver’s license, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks. The role includes heavy lifting, equipment prep, and compliance with safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A driver’s license.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the crane operator on job tasks during crane operation.
• Prepare construction equipment and cranes for use.
• Deliver/pick-up parts and equipment as required.
• Assist loading/unloading of rental equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on rental items.
• Keep work area and yard in order, including shop.
• Assist with crane inspections and DOT inspections for trucks and trailers.
• Operate equipment such as booms, forklifts, cranes, tractors and trailers; use related tools for minor repairs.

We are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.Pay range: $18 - $23 per hourSummary: Assists the crane operator on job tasks during the operation of the crane and provides rigging operation and hand signals to ensure safe lifting of the load. Follows all State and Federal laws while operating motor vehicle.
