Summary

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Rigger/Driver for an entry-level position. Responsibilities include rigging operations for safe load movement, securing equipment, and driving a truck to various locations, following all safety, state, and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper rigging techniques for safe load movement.
• Use proper hand signals during equipment operations.
• Secure equipment to trailers before driving.
• Inspect trucks and trailers, complete inspection reports, and report defects.
• Monitor inventory of chains, straps, and related equipment, report shortages, and perform maintenance.
• Document maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Monitor and report on vehicle inspections and licenses.
• Coordinate with dispatch for job assignments and prepare rigging equipment.
• Complete payroll timesheets and report hours.
• Perform shop and yard maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Current CDL Class A Driver’s License.
• 1-3 years of rigging and commercial driving experience.
