Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to complete all assignments, tasks, and assessments of the program.
• Able to travel to training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on rigging training and assessments.
• Attend six bi-monthly, 3-day seminars beginning July 2026.
• Complete pre-work and homework assignments before related training.
• Commit to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality service for MEI's customers.
