Participants complete multi-phase training, participate in pre-employment contingencies, and attend six bi-monthly 3-day seminars starting July 2026. English fluency and physical readiness are required for all sessions.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Available in-person for six bi-monthly, 3-day seminars beginning July 2026. Willing to travel for training if applicable.
