At Northwest Corp, we’re looking for a skilled Rigger and Signalman to join our crane operations team. This role is critical to the safe and efficient movement of heavy materials on job sites across the region. Job Responsibilities:
Rigging Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-job and post-job inspections of rigging gear. Identify and report any issues to the maintenance team to ensure equipment is always job ready.
Safe Operations: Follow all NCCCO, manufacturer, and company safety protocols while assisting in lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
Communication: Use hand signals, radios, and other communication tools to direct crane operators and coordinate with ground crews.
Load Securement: Work closely with the rigging crew to ensure all loads are properly attached, balanced, and secured before lifting.
Project Support: Maintain a high standard of workmanship while meeting project timelines and supporting overall job site efficiency.
Job Schedule and Location:
Full-time | Monday–Friday with occasional travel, weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in rigging and signaling for crane operations
Familiarity with NCCCO standards and safety protocols
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety
