Job summary

Munters is seeking a Rigger in Amesbury, MA to support assembly and shipment preparation. You will read drawings, verify dimensions, and perform rigging, wrapping, and crating of units for truck loading.

Qualifications

• Must have rigging, crating, and wrapping experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews blueprints and communicates with Supervisors, Team Leads, Quality, and Engineering.
• Verifies height dimensions of units for shipment.
• Responsible for rigging, wrapping, crating, and movement of units onto trucks.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and adhere to safety rules.
• Participate in meetings and work groups to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Analyzes the drawings from Engineering and verifies the correct height dimensions and weight for shipment. Operates a crane and forklift when loading units onto trucks.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews blueprintsCommunicates with Supervisors, Team Leads, Quality, and EngineeringVerifies height dimensions of unitsResponsible for the rigging, wrapping, crating, and movement of the units onto the trucks for shipmentMaintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
