Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in drilling rigs, field operations, construction, or related industry.
• Experience operating forklifts, loaders, and man lifts with current safety training.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rig equipment and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support rig-up projects by handling and installing drilling rig equipment and ensuring startup readiness.
• Lead and mentor small crews; conduct safety meetings and JSAs.
• Operate shop equipment (forklifts, loaders, man lifts) to move materials.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and promote safety culture.
• Work independently in fast-paced environments, including overtime/on-call rotation.
