Job summary

Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco to provide rides through the Uber app. You’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV as a W-2 employee and enjoy guaranteed hourly pay, tips, and employee benefits. The program covers vehicle costs, including insurance and maintenance, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you.

Earn at least $20.50 per hour with opportunities for raises, bonuses, and weekly pay. A $1,000 bonus is available after 25 shifts, and top drivers exceed $25 per hour when bonuses

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app; no suspensions.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• California driver\'s license with at least 1 year driving experience in the US.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided SUV on the Uber app and complete passenger trips.
• Earn hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
• Adhere to safety policies and vehicle standards.
