Job summary

Kentucky Kingdom is seeking a maintenance technician to conduct daily safety inspections of rides and perform preventive maintenance on rides, vehicles, and equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair subsystems, document time and materials, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of rides.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rides, vehicles, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair rides, vehicles, and other equipment including subsystems.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations when performing assignments.
• Document time and materials used in performing duties.
• Maintain a clean environment, including tools and equipment, by following company guidelines.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Assist coworkers as requested.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
