Job description

JOB TITLE: RiderOps Training Coordinator
LOCATION: Foster City, CA
PAY RANGE: $30.00 - $40.00/hr
DURATION: 6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a RiderOps Training Coordinator, your role will be to coordinate and facilitate training to support learning for RiderOps and Concierge personnel. The training coordinator role at is a hands-on approach, working with and alongside managers, project managers, and instructors to ensure all trainees and operators are up to date with the most current training and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with RiderOps Managers, Project Managers, and Instructors to optimize training program efficiency and throughput.
  • Assisting Training Project Managers and Training Associates with the coordination and facilitation of training plans, including schedules, classroom sessions, hands-on training sessions (real or simulated), progress tracking, and tasks in alignment with high-level team scaling goals.
  • Acting as a point of contact for instructors on location, aligning them on procedures, conducting instructor training, and auditing instructor performance with trainees.
  • Identifying risks, determining mitigations and contingencies, and reporting the status of training program throughput.
  • Assisting Training Project Managers in the development of training materials (classroom decks, assessments, etc.)
  • Fulfilling 8 hour minimum requirement per quarter acting as an Operator on service missions, and a 4 hour minimum requirement per quarter acting as a Concierge to keep knowledge and performance of SOPs current.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the RiderOps team
  • 1-3 years of experience in the AV space
  • Knowledge of RiderOps procedures and responsibilities
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to support trainees
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training events
  • Willing to travel to different locations for training support up to 25% of their time

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience teaching, instructing, and/or training
  • Bachelors degree/management experience preferred
