Job summary

Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support U.S. Army requirements by teaching Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC). Typical schedule includes two BRCs or two BRCs plus one ARC per week during the training season (March–October) on weekdays at Fort Riley.

Instructors deliver standardized motorcycle training to military personnel, manage paperwork, prepare classes, and ensure a safe range. Certification as a RiderCoach is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.
• Ability to facilitate classroom and range instruction.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to training standards.
