Job summary
Low Pressure Studio is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Associate to support Bataleon, Rome, and Nidecker brands. You will respond to inquiries, manage orders, returns, and inventory, and help provide accurate product information across channels.
You will collaborate with the international team, document interactions in Gorgias, Shopify, and NetSuite, and help implement policy standards. A passion for snowboarding and strong communication are essential, along with the ability to lift 50+
Qualifications
- 2+ years Customer Service experience in winter sports or related field.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Detail oriented with the ability to juggle multiple requests.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system and Excel is a major plus.
- Flexible schedule to meet increased demand during peak season.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Passion for snowboarding and a positive ambassador for the brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer inquiries quickly to ensure minimal response times and provide accurate product information.
- Oversee website live chat and phone lines, enabling real-time conversations with customers.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and inventory management across ECOM.
- Provide information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and proform applications.
- Assist customers with placing/modifying orders and processing returns or exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Investigate customer issues and escalate to the Customer Experience Lead as needed.
- Develop product knowledge for Bataleon, Rome, and Nidecker offerings; stay updated on new releases.
- Gather customer feedback and assist with improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and document interactions in Gorgias; update Shopify and NetSuite records.
- Adhere to company policies on returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Identify and escalate complex issues; collaborate with relevant departments for resolutions.
- Assist with prep and return of demo/event gear; keep warehouse organized and stocked.
