What you get to do:

As a Ride Technician, you’ll provide a high level of technical, electrical, and mechanical expertise in order to ensure our guests enjoy a thrilling, breathtaking – and safe experience. You will:

  1. Inspect, diagnose and repair all park rides, including water craft, slides, nets, and moving walks.
  2. Uphold all department safety standards, including test riding and inspections.
  3. Complete all required documentation.
  4. Communicate any ride related questions/concerns to leadership.
  5. Maintain proficiency in all manufacturing manuals for each ride.
  6. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties, including care of tools.
  7. Provide exceptional service to guests and team members.
What it takes to succeed:
  1. High school diploma, trade school or equivalent required.
  2. A minimum of one year verifiable industrial maintenance experience, automotive or military.
  3. Advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and conveyor systems.
  4. Possesses a valid driver’s license and can adhere to company driving guidelines.
  5. Good written communication skills required to complete maintenance documentation.
  6. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and managers.
  8. Proven team player.
  9. Possess professional quality tool set.
  10. Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.
  11. Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift.
  12. Able to work on high steel or wood structures.
  13. Able to wear a full body harness.
  14. Able to be respirator trained.
  15. Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions.
  16. Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis; stand, walk, climb, bend floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks.
  17. Perform all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
  18. Promote and ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and fellow ambassadors.
  19. Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:

$24.00 hourly
