Job summary

Sesame Place in California is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service, monitor rides, and ensure safety, helping create memorable experiences for guests from around the world. Ideal candidates are 18+, possess strong English communication, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to customer service.

You must lift up to 40 lbs, be comfortable with heights, and complete Red Cross CPR/AED trainings.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Strong English language communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to great customer service.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable with heights.
Must pass American Red Cross CPR/AED trainings.
Able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service while delivering the thrills and excitement we’re known for.
Respond to and exceed guest requirements, expectations and needs.
Follow safety regulations and PPE usage.
Monitor rides and ensure guests meet ride admission requirements.
Assist in loading and unloading guests from rides.
Interact with guests while following park safety guidelines.
Participate in American Red Cross and organization audit processes.
Attend in-service meetings and cross-train to work in other park areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of your area and a professional appearance.
Report unsafe situations.
