**Pay Rate:** **$23.00 per hour +** **Exciting Bonuses**
**Shift:**
**12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 format**
**Day: 6:15am-6:45pm**
**Night: 6:15pm-6:45am**

**What's a typical day as Machine Operator 2? You'll be:**
+ Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
+ Setting up, calibrating, and optimizing machinery for top-quality production
+ Overseeing process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation
+ Accurately documenting production metrics, machine logs, and performing quality checks
+ Providing guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Have a high school diploma or GED (additional certifications a plus)
+ Bring 2+ years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation
+ Possess a strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting

+ Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
+ Are familiar with SOPs, GMP, or related standards (preferred)
