Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will load and unload trailers, move merchandise to staging areas, and be cross-trained in other departments. Expect a varied schedule including day and night shifts.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating motorized riding equipment, using scanners, and maintaining safety standards. You will work with a team, handle multiple tasks, and assist with occasional special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Successful completion of a driving test and written test is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized riding equipment in the distribution center.
• Load or unload trailers by hand, up to heavy items.
• Transport product to staging areas and proper storage.
• Drive equipment 75% or more of shift as needed.
• Use scanners to read bar codes and identify items.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.
