Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Hersheypark to install, maintain, service, and rebuild mechanical equipment and rides to safety and performance standards.

You will assist with ride inspections, order materials, and support other mechanics while following all safety policies. Candidates must have trade experience, be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass drug tests and physical exams.

Qualifications

• Must be at 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a manual transmission
• Three (3) years verifiable trade experience with the mechanical trades (Vo-Tech or trade school training will be considered for one (1) year of work experience).
• This position is designated as Safety Sensitive and requires successful completion and passing of a pre-employment drug test.
• This position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service, and rebuild mechanical pieces of equipment and rides to sustain specified safety and performance standards.
• Assist with ride inspections
• Assist in ordering materials for projects
• Provide good workmanship in a timely manner
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist other mechanics with any aspect of Hersheypark operations, as required
