• Ensure seatbelts are secure, loose items are stored, and lap bars are locked for safety
• Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
• Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles efficiently and cautiously
• Maintain cleanliness of ride patios and midways
• Work in a fast-paced environment similar to our coasters

Job Duties

• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board our thrill machines
• Operate attraction controls by pushing buttons and pulling switches
• Ensure safety measures like seatbelts and lap bars are properly secured
• Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
• Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles efficiently and cautiously
• Keep ride areas clean and presentable
• Work in a fast-paced environment similar to our coasters

What You Will Need

• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout shifts
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to safety and detail
• Ability to react well in stressful and emergency situations
• Ability to follow directions from managers and supervisors
• Ability to pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy

Working Conditions

Work is mainly outdoors in all weather conditions. Equipment used includes radios, microphones, and cleaning tools. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs. Hours vary and include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Close contact with guests is required.
