Details of Job: Join the Rides team! Become a Six Flags employee and get FREE park entry! Plus enjoy exclusive employee ride nights, team member events, and more! You must be at least 16 years or older to apply and are looking to fill 5 shifts. Pay rate is $15.00! We will work with your schedule!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Assist Guests in loading and unloading rides and check restraining devices.
2. Operate the ride’s control panel where applicable.
3. Observe the ride in motion for guest safety.
4. Inform Guests of ride safety policies.
5. Follow all safety policies and procedures of Six Flags St. Louis.
6. Maintain a clean work environment.
7. Adhere to Six Flags’ Guest First Standards.
8. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Minimum age: 16.
2. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
3. Professional, self-motivated, able to multi-task, enthusiastic.
4. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with others.
5. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and push 30 lbs.
6. Good oral communication skills.
