Job summary

Violent Crime and Racketeering Section (VCRS) seeks attorneys to prosecute and coordinate complex federal cases, including RICO and violent crime matters, in collaboration with U.S. Attorney's Offices.

Candidates must hold a J.D., be admitted to the bar in good standing, and possess relevant post-J.D. litigation experience at the GS-13 to GS-15 levels. Strong analytical and supervisory capabilities expected for leading teams on major investigations.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent; licensed and authorized to practice in any State, territory, or DC.
• Active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. state or DC.
• 1.5/2.5/4 years post-J.D. legal experience required for GS-13/14/15 levels; specialized experience included.
