About The Position

We are seeking multiple full-time SLPs for the 2024-2025 school year to work in elementary, middle, and high schools in Chesterfield, VA. Specific school assignments will be determined based on needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct IEP services for approximately 50% of the workweek.
  • Manage and write IEPs and progress reports.
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other required meetings.
  • Plan therapy sessions and prepare materials.
Caseload Information
  • Average caseload: 45-55 students.
  • Workload model ensures equitable assignments based on total IEP service hours, required documentation, planning, special programs, meetings, and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred.
  • School-based experience is a plus.
