City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking a RHVAC Technician (licensed) to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems. The role requires EPA and refrigeration licenses, OSHA 10-hour, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

The RHVAC Technician (licensed) is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment in commercial environments. The role requires a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Field-based, working on customer sites. May require work in noisy, hot, or dusty environments. Rotating on-call evenings and weekends. Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on business needs. Ability to store company issued vehicle preferred.
