Position Overview

Rhumbix is seeking a customer-focused and technically capable Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations, drive customer adoption, and deliver operational value for our construction clients. • Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports). Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity.
  • Data Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports so data flows flawlessly into systems like Sage and other ERPs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developers.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting.
  • Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
