DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members right in your own office in Wisconsin. You’ll assess and treat patients with exams, restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery, while expanding your practice through a steady referral stream.

There is no practice management on your end for insurance billing; DOCS Health pays providers directly. Flexible participation with supportive credentialing makes it easy to start and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Own office/location is required.
• Must have a valid dental license.
• Must have NPI number.
• CPR certification required.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office.
• Treat patients including exams, restorative, endodontics and oral surgery.
