DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office, in partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency. Patients are pre-identified based on their needs, including exams, restorations, endodontics, and oral surgery.

This program brings new patients, eliminates insurance billing, and offers simple credentialing and scheduling support, with flexible participation and dedicated DOCS Health guidance.

Qualifications

• Own office location is required.
• Copy of License must be provided.
• NPI number required.
• Copy of CPR certification.
• Copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Responsabilités

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own practice.
• Treat patients pre-identified by DOCS Health in partnership with QTC/Leidos, including exams, restorations, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Coordinate scheduling and participate in the credentialing process with support from DOCS Health.
