DOCS Health seeks General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office. Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), we refer 100,000+ Service Members annually to local practices.

• Own office location is required.
• Must hold a valid dental license.
• Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care to Reserve Service Members.
• Operate within the partner practice to serve identified patients.
• Support the DOCS Health and DHA referral network.
