Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, communicative, and enthusiastic associate interested in a full-time position leading to a buy-in opportunity for our practice and custom building.

The current well-established doctors have been here for 26 and 36 years respectively and are looking for an associate to mentor in the clinical and business aspects of the practice.

The associate will be expected to have strong surgical skills, an interest in practice management, and superior ethical and interpersonal acumen.

This will maintain our successful rapport with the referring dentists, staff, and patients. A new associate can expect to be busy from day one (we see an average of 80-90 new patients/month) while growing the referral base. We prefer AAP board certification or to be in the process.

Post Doctoral Degree in Periodontology.
