Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture required.
• 3+ years in a commercial based architecture/design firm.
• Design experience: rendering, layouts, interior design; construction documents including reflective ceiling plans.
• Professional Rhino experience; familiarity with Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
• Digital fabrication experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawings and documentation through the lifecycle of projects from Design to Engineering.
• Designers have shared ownership of projects from assignment through install.
• Communicate schedule and project needs to the Design Manager to ensure loading and scheduling.
• Follow best practices in digital housekeeping of project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Verify product layout and use, coordinating with project and process leads for accuracy.
• Develop custom design solutions and products for custom/boutique projects with the DM.
• Validate proposed custom solutions through prototyping for mass manufacture feasibility.
• Attend client meetings to discuss feedback and maintain product requirements.
• Package the complete product specification for Design, Engineering, and Production.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.37 - $38.46/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
