• Full-time, permanent position
• Join one physician and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Outpatient-only practice
• Tenured staff
• Located on the campus of Hillcrest Medical Center, a 660-bed facility
• Infusion center on the same campus
• Service area of 1 million people
• Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
