Rheumatology Opening: Stafford, VA - 43 miles to Washington D.C.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Join a group of 6 providers
• New graduates welcome
• Outpatient only, no hospital rounding, no call
• Work schedule: Mon-Thu 8a-5p; Friday 8a-3p
• Daily patient census: 20-22 patients; 45 minutes for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups
• On-site infusion center and bone density DEXA scan
• Ultrasound injections available (not required if not trained)
• Lab services on-site
• No preauthorization needed for medications with this practice

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $265,000
• Minimum productivity target: $300,000 (easily achievable)
